Please tell me: What precautions should be taken when placing the connecting end of the tie rod and the tube plate?
Looking at the sample, the tie rods are relatively close to the shell side.
Symmetrical, at least 4, can support and fix the baffles. Especially the gap.

Refer to the design book. The chemical equipment design book is very detailed. Read it yourself. I won’t go into a long discussion here. For basic things, just read the book. Different pipe diameters have different diameters of tie rods, but the general diameters are 10/12/16. The number of settings refers to the design book. The number of round steels with different diameters is different. It is not the so-called simple few. It depends on the entrance and exit.
