Bachelor’s degree or above. 1 – Engineers in dynamic equipment design and static equipment design (2 for each role): 15 years of experience required, good spoken English proficiency； Static equipment design: 1 person with 8 years of experience required. 2 – Process design engineers: 1 person required with over 10 years of relevant experience, 1 person with 3–5 years of experience, and 1 person with 7 years of experience; good spoken English is required ； 3 – Electrical Design Engineers (2 persons): Over 10 years of experience; a registered certificate is preferred, with good spoken English skills ； 4 – Senior Structural Design Engineer (1 position): At least 10 years of relevant experience required, with good spoken English skills ； 5 – Architect (1 person): At least 8 years of relevant experience required; 1 person with a registered certificate and 1 person without one; good spoken English skills required ； 6 – Pipeline Engineers (2 persons): At least 5 years of experience required, familiarity with PDS/PDMS, good spoken English skills ； 7 – Senior Pipeline Engineers (2 positions): 8+ years of experience required, familiarity with PDS/PDMS, good spoken English ； 8 – Pipeline Materials Engineers (2 persons): 8+ years of experience required, good spoken English proficiency ； 9 – HVAC Design Engineer (1 position): At least 8 years of relevant experience required, with good spoken English skills ； 10 – Senior Instrument Design Engineers (3 positions): At least 10 years of relevant experience required, with good spoken English skills ； 11 – Contract Management LEAD (1 person): 10+ years of experience, fluent in English. 12 – Estimator (1 person): 10+ years of experience, fluent in English. 13 – Buyer (1 person): 3+ years of experience, fluent in English. 14 – Project Engineer (1 person): Over 10 years of experience, with PE experience, fluent in English. Experience of over 5 years in piping work is required; proficiency in spoken English for communication with foreigners is necessary. 10 years of experience in the HVAC and chemical industries; a certification as a utility equipment engineer is required; spoken English is not mandatory
