Dear sea friends: Our company’s combustion equipment requires 2.5 kg/h of liquefied petroleum gas. Is it necessary to install a vaporizer to ensure proper operation? Thank you!
The LPG consumption of 2.5 kg/hr is relatively low, and natural vaporization (without the need for a vaporizer) can be used to achieve this; however, the number of cylinder sets required must be determined based on the operating conditions of the combustion equipment as well as the convenience of replacing the cylinder sets. Of course, if it is possible to utilize the waste heat from the factory (or the ambient temperature), and without considering the limited investment required for devices such as gasifiers, forced gasification (using a gasifier) can still be beneficial in reducing the number of LPG cylinders and their turnover cycle.
