Yes, 15CrMo+0Cr13 is a composite plate of chromium-molybdenum steel.

Yes, our company produced three types of containers this year: hydrogenation reaction towers made of 15CrMoR and stainless steel, with a thickness of 34 mm. It was difficult to create the grooves for these components; they had to be machined, and the grooves were of the single-bevel type. However, if larger nozzles have non-radial openings, it becomes very difficult to create grooves for them (and these nozzles are quite thick reinforcement pipes); therefore, in the design phase, large nozzles should preferably not be designed in a non-radial format.
