The synthetic ammonia electric furnaces here are all of the tower-type design, manufactured in Nantong, Jiangsu, and they perform quite well.
The machinery manufactured by Jiangyin Machinery Factory in Jiangsu is quite good, and it is widely used in the chemical industry
The products made by Wuhan Sanlian Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd. work well too

A start-up heating furnace is a term used in large ammonia synthesis plants; since its usage is limited, there might not be specialized units for this purpose. The part that may be difficult to design is the combustion section, as it has certain special requirements. As long as there are blueprints, domestic production is no problem.
Our plant produces 200,000 tons of synthetic ammonia; the reactors were designed by Chengda and manufactured by Yibin Jiangyuan, while the burners were produced by a company in Shanghai.
