How are the planting film filters being used by various units?

This post was last edited by sunjl1981 on 2013-1-6 at 23:13. Our company uses membrane filters for the fine filtration of brine, and we have been using them for 2 years now. The problem is that the filtration accuracy is insufficient and the membrane wears out quickly. The membrane bonding surface detaches, the membrane tube gets damaged, and the SS level exceeds the limit – sometimes it even reaches 2.0 ； In one case, the backwashing was incomplete; the film tubes could not be cleaned properly. Without using a flocculant, the calcium level was within acceptable limits. Manufacturers that use similar products should find ways to communicate with each other -
Replacement implant membranes such as Gore membrane or Kai membrane can be used, and their performance may be better than that of conventional implant membranes
