Can chemical process pumps be refueled online? It is still necessary to stop and add fuel; for example, with a device that is in operation and it seems that the oil level is low, how should one add fuel at that time?

Most chemical processing equipment can be refueled and lubricated without shutting down. At least in our factory, we haven’t encountered any situation where refueling is necessary without shutting down the machine. Most chemical plants operate on a continuous basis; it is not possible to stop production just to refuel. Moreover, the lubrication of the pump is given thorough consideration during the design phase.
