What to do if there is no steam due to a long power outage? What is the first thing to consider after a power outage? I hope for some guidance from those with more experience. Thank you!
⑴Close the wax oil feed valve; ⑵ Redirect the steam from the slurry steam generator to the vent; ⑶ Closely monitor the liquid level in the distillation tower and the crude gasoline tank – if the level in the crude gasoline tank rises too high, it can be drained temporarily through the drain； ⑷Pay attention to the liquid level in the oil seal tank and the temperatures at various sections of the distillation tower ； ⑸Close the outlet valves of each pump, and press the “Stop” button for the motor ； ⑹Upon receiving an incoming call, the slurry pump should be started first to discharge the slurry. When the tower top temperature is excessively high, cooling reflux is applied; when the liquid level in the crude gasoline tank is low, gasoline is drawn off.
