Yes! Ask only when there is a question; please give some guidance
Before feeding material into the gasifier, nitrogen purging is required to keep the oxygen content below 0.2%, ensuring that there are no flammable substances in the system and thus maintaining safety. During feeding, coal and oxygen are introduced into the gasification furnace; after the reaction, water gas is produced. All of the oxygen is consumed, leaving no oxygen present in the system. Therefore, for the safety of the system, it is necessary to measure the oxygen level before starting up the process and feeding coal.
Nitrogen displacement is used to prevent explosions, while the introduction of oxygen is used to initiate reactions. They are two different things. The introduction of the latter is under controlled conditions. The former has uncertain factors that can lead to an explosion
What was said on the fifth floor is correct; it’s necessary to clarify each one’s role^_^
The key points weren’t mentioned: 1. Nitrogen is used to purge the furnace chamber of the vaporization furnace. 2. Is introducing oxygen done by adding steam to the coal powder in the pipes outside the gasifier, with the three being mixed together before entering the gasifier? 3. Furnace purging is done to prevent explosions during ignition; there have been too many such explosions throughout history.
