I saw a lot of instruments on the PID diagram, and I don’t know what the letters in them mean. For example, TI is a temperature indicator, what kind of indicator is it, and what are the meanings of TIC, PG and similar ones?

These are some industry standard regulations, and #4 made it very clear. It’s all in the appendix of general chemical engineering books! It is recommended to read the "Instrument Worker's Manual", which is very detailed!
