I personally think this kind of calculation is completely pointless; the free chlorine content in lightly salted water is unstable. Moreover, there are online monitoring systems available, and it’s sufficient to add sodium sulfite based on the results of those measurements. All that’s needed is to control the concentration of sodium sulfite used to ensure stability. If you really want to know, I suggest you do the following calculation: first, have an analytical method determine the free chlorine content in the lightly salted water after dechlorination but before adding sodium sulfite (usually it’s ? mg/l), and then the total amount of free chlorine is calculated based on the flow rate of the brackish water pump; thus, the theoretical amount of sodium sulfite required can be determined, with a slight excess added.
Are you referring to saltwater purification or membrane-based nitrate removal?
Generally, sodium sulfite is added based on the results of online monitoring; the ORP value is usually between 100 and 300

There’s no point in such precise measurement! Just adjust it according to the on-site ORP! Generally, an excess amount is required
