After entering the design institute, lack of experience and little use of the knowledge learned in school will inevitably be looked down upon by the old employees. Are newcomers low-key and submissive, or are they distinctive and proactive?
First, people shouldn’t look down on you, that’s how everyone got in. Second, be honest and just do something to help. I’ve done printing, sealing, and signing, so there’s nothing wrong with it!
