What level do you keep for the distillate yield from the atmospheric pressure tower bottom oil before 350°C? It would be helpful to clarify the main operating conditions, thank you! Normal pressure processing volume: Temperature at the inlet to the tower: Steam volume for stripping at the bottom of the tower: Temperature: Pressure at the top of the tower: Dry point of Constantine IV fraction
It’s hard to answer this. This is because the properties of crude oil vary, the way it is fractionated differs, and the number of trays in the tower design as well as the location of the distillation outlets also vary. It’s truly difficult to give an answer
We usually have around 7%, 5%.
