Article 16: The inspection of safety accessories includes the examination and calibration of pressure gauges, level gauges, temperature measuring instruments, rupture disc devices, and safety valves (the requirements for the calibration of safety valves are specified in Appendix 3). (1) Pressure gauges 1. The annual inspection of pressure gauges shall include at least the following items: (1) Selection of the pressure gauge ； (2) Regular inspection and maintenance system for pressure gauges, calibration validity period, and sealing ； (3) Appearance, accuracy class, range, and dial diameter of the pressure gauge ； (4) Location, opening markings, and locking device for installing a tee cock or needle valve between the pressure gauge and the pressure vessel ； (5) Whether the readings of the pressure gauges on the same system are consistent.

It is recommended that your company hire a qualified entity to conduct internal and external inspections of the spherical tank, as it constitutes special equipment and, depending on the medium used, it represents a major hazard source. It has passed the inspection and comes with an inspection report; it has also been checked by the security department. Your internal inspections may have technical shortcomings.

Article 27 of the Regulations on the Safety Supervision of Special Equipment: Users of special equipment shall carry out regular daily maintenance on such equipment, and conduct periodic self-inspections. 　　The users of special equipment shall conduct self-inspections on the special equipment in use at least once a month and keep records thereof. When the users of special equipment detect any abnormalities during self-inspections and routine maintenance of the equipment in use, they shall address such issues promptly. Article 83: If a special equipment user falls under any of the following circumstances, the special equipment safety supervision and management department shall order it to make corrections within a specified time limit ； If the violation is not corrected within the prescribed time, a fine of not less than 2,000 yuan but not more than 20,000 yuan shall be imposed ； In cases of serious violations, orders shall be issued to cease use or suspend operations for rectification: (3) Failing to carry out regular daily maintenance and periodic self-inspections on the special equipment in use in accordance with Article 27 of these regulations, or failing to conduct periodic calibration and maintenance of the safety accessories, safety protection devices, measurement and control devices, as well as related auxiliary instruments and meters of such equipment, and to keep records thereof
