It’s basically useless if you don’t register at a design institute. Of course, it’s good to pass the exam. At least your professional knowledge will be more comprehensive.
In principle, those who are not engaged in design work will not be able to take the exam, because registration and payment will be reviewed and the company's seal will be required. A very simple solution is to find a qualified company engaged in chemical design in this city and let it stamp it for you. If you can't find it, there's nothing you can do. Ask a friend for help or contact you yourself. Generally, there won't be much of a problem.
