Selection of the pressure measurement point for the pressure gauge

The pressure measurement point should reflect the true magnitude of the pressure being measured; it should be located in a section of the pipe where the fluid flows in a straight line, and perpendicular to the direction of flow. When measuring liquid pressure, the pressure measurement point should be located at the lower part of the pipe (so that no gas accumulates in the pressure guide tube), while gas should be present in the upper part (so that no liquid accumulates in the pressure guide tube). Please think, is this how we do it? ?
