The 60,000 tons per year 1,4-butanediol production project uses natural gas as a raw material to produce acetylene, and the by-products of acetylene production are used to manufacture methanol and formaldehyde. Acetylene and formaldehyde are then subjected to hydrogenation reactions to yield 1,4-butanediol. The project comprises eight units for thermoelectric power generation, air separation, acetylene production, methanol production, formaldehyde production, 1,4-butanediol production, **furan production**, as well as utility systems. Its designed capacity is 60,000 tons per year of 1,4-butanediol and 15,000 tons per year of **furan**, making it the largest and most technologically advanced integrated chemical complex in this industry in China at present. We are currently recruiting senior managers for the second phase. BDO has an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons. Position title: Plant Manager of the chemical plant. Purpose of the position: To fulfill the company’s product production targets, manage all aspects of operations in the chemical plant in accordance with the company’s relevant management systems and production plans, and organize, guide, and supervise the plant’s activities to ensure safe, stable, and efficient production. Responsibilities: 1. Develop various business plans for the chemical plant based on the company’s production plans, and organize the carrying out of production activities. 2. Organize and supervise the maintenance, inspection, and repair of equipment in the chemical plant in line with the equipment management regulations. 3. Organize and supervise efforts related to safety, environmental protection, and occupational health in the chemical plant. 4. Manage the daily administrative tasks of the chemical plant in accordance with the company’s management rules and requirements. 5. Complete any other tasks assigned by superiors. Qualifications required: A bachelor’s degree or higher ; Chemical engineering-related fields ; 2. More than 10 years of work experience in chemical production, and more than 5 years of experience in production management. 3. Proficient in knowledge of chemical production management ; Master knowledge of chemical production process technology ; Master the basic theoretical knowledge of chemistry and chemical engineering ; Familiar with corporate management knowledge ; Familiar with the development trends in the chemical industry ; Familiarity with safety and environmental protection principles in chemical production. 4. Master knowledge related to equipment management, and be familiar with knowledge concerning electricity, instrumentation, chemical processes, and chemical machinery and equipment ; 4.
