Our company is now looking to purchase gear pumps for transporting diesel and mineral oils; we would appreciate it if experts could recommend some options
It is still recommended to use American Viking gear pumps; if the pressure is high, above 15 bar, Mag pump external gear pumps are advised.
I think these ordinary pumps can be obtained domestically, so I plan to choose domestic pumps to support local products.
There are many companies that manufacture gear pumps in the Botou area of Hebei; you can get in touch with them to find out more.
Thank you, friend upstairs. :handshake
The pumps I design for customers mainly use Viking models, especially for viscous materials such as triethylene glycol.
The problem is that Viking pumps are relatively expensive; for transporting ordinary materials such as mineral oil, I think ordinary gear pumps available domestically are sufficient, and there’s no need to use imported pumps. :)
For internal gear pumps, domestic products can meet the requirements for the vast majority of operating conditions. Our internal gear pumps have been in use for nearly 20 years now; you might want to take a look at them

For gear pumps used to transport mineral oil, domestic pumps will suffice; there are many manufacturers in Botou, Hebei. I recommend Hongqi High-Temperature Oil Pump Factory and Yuandong Oil Pump. There are also manufacturers in Tianjin, but they are not recommended as they have caused us a series of problems in use.
For gear pumps used to transport mineral oil and diesel, our company uses Weikeng pumps; they are easy to maintain, and their spare parts can be sourced domestically.
