Blower bearing temperature too high

I have several blowers with an outlet pressure of 0.058 MPa; they feature seven stages of compression, and the temperature rise per stage is around 10 degrees. As a result, the temperature of the rear bearing reaches 100 degrees. However, the manufacturer specifies that the temperature difference between the front and rear bearings should not exceed 70 degrees, and the temperature of the rear bearing should not exceed 105 degrees. Is this reasonable? What is the normal temperature of blower bearings? The bearing model is SKF6313, lubricated with lithium-based grease. Please advise!

Reply to 2# majing*an: It’s running quite stably; the bearings aren’t cooled. At midday when the ambient temperature is high, the intake temperature is 40, and the exhaust temperature is close to 110
This is definitely a missing item on the part of the manufacturer; at least one cooling water system should be added, that is, the bearing box should be equipped with a jacket.
I’ve learned that the temperature, as far as I know, should be below 80 degrees

More grease isn’t necessarily better; wouldn’t it be good to use a fan for cooling?
Excessively high bearing temperatures have a significant impact on its service life; it is recommended to use cooling water. If cooling water is not available, a cold water pipe can be connected for cooling purposes.
