Finally, if the lining is not used for a long time and the lining is partially falling off, construction quality issues should be considered.
It is necessary to strictly follow the heating curve to increase the temperature and not to wear out the furnace. Note that the furnace temperature is not greater than 1000 and the outlet temperature is not greater than 580. During the heating process, check where the lining has fallen off and whether there is redness at the thermocouple.

If the gas pressure and flow rate are sufficient, try not to use the oil burner. 3. Check the installation position and length of the thermocouple to ensure that it can truly reflect the furnace temperature.
Pay attention to the status of the blinds, and it is strictly forbidden to deflect the main wind! ! We once did not pay attention to the status of the blinds during maintenance, and the other parts were not opened, causing a primary wind deflection. Even if the temperature was not overheated, the lining was still burned out in the later stage of heating. Fortunately, the redness was discovered in time, and we quickly added additives and sprayed combustion oil, so that the work was not stopped and restarted.
According to people who repair linings, the current lining materials can withstand temperatures of more than 1,000 degrees and rarely burn out. When drying the lining, do you strictly follow the heating curve to raise the temperature? It will have effects if the temperature rises too fast and the water detaches too quickly.
A detailed analysis is required. The general reasons are as follows:: 1. Overtemperature. The main reason is that the proportion of primary and secondary airflow is not well controlled. Increasing the primary airflow and reducing the secondary airflow can effectively control overtemperature. 2. Bias flow occurs. The oil nozzle is partially blocked by coking, causing bias flow, causing the lining to be partially heated and damaged. Always adjust the pressure of steam and diesel so that the steam pressure is slightly greater than the oil pressure. 3. Lining quality. One is the problem of material ratio and construction quality, and the other is the damage caused by the heating process. 4. The steam carries a large amount of water, and the water rushes to the high-temperature lining surface, causing cracking and damage.
