Confusion about labeling doors and windows in architectural drawings

In a chemical workshop architectural drawing provided by the design institute, the doors are marked M1524 and M1, but there is no door and window table. So, could you please explain to the experts in civil engineering what is going on? I know what M1524 means, but is M1 the abbreviation of universal standard?
