After studying for three years as a graduate student, my boss treated me as an undergraduate after graduation. And after three years, house prices have skyrocketed. I feel like I read it in vain.
I even changed my career after studying for three years. I no longer need what I learned, but the three years of training were not in vain. I started working from scratch.

I agree with the point above. I think the main thing is to find a way out. That is the advantage of studying on your own. If you do those work areas that others cannot do or take a lot of time to learn, your own value will be shown.
