Our company is currently operating at full capacity; the feed rate has been increased to 25 cubic meters per hour. However, the process parameters are changed arbitrarily. Have you encountered such a situation? Do you know anything about these process parameters?
Which part of the indicators are you referring to? ?
It doesn’t make any money; we’re just waiting to be **saved**. .
What exactly do you want to ask? Could you be more specific? I’ve worked with devices of this kind, but they weren’t as large as yours
For a plant with a capacity of 100,000 tons, it’s already quite impressive to achieve an output of 25 cubic meters. The specific parameters depend on the system pressure; however, the parameters of the reactor should remain similar to those at 100% load. The only things that likely change are the pressure and temperature in the two towers

In my opinion, the stratification temperature is appropriate, the pressure difference is less than the designed value; it’s not a problem if the pressure is too high or too low. The gas composition at the inlet and outlet is proper, and even if production exceeds 30 cubic meters, I still consider that to be reasonable.
