It would be great if it were possible to visit and learn from it. We want to get one set too. Looking forward to it. . . . .
One can go to the Shenhua Direct Coal Liquefaction Plant in Yulin, Shaanxi, to learn from their experience. The wastewater treatment systems used for direct liquefaction employ the 3T-BAF process as well as GE’s ZLD (zero discharge) multi-effect evaporation technology; these systems are designed to treat oily wastewater, high-concentration wastewater, saline wastewater, and catalyst wastewater.
We use the SBR process, which is mainly used to treat ammonia nitrogen as well as COD, BOD, SS, and dissolved solids. Effect: COD≤60, BOD≤20, ammonia nitrogen<10.
Ours is SBR+BAF; we are currently culturing activated sludge. Feel free to come and visit.
Visits to manufacturing facilities are available everywhere, but it is necessary to consider carefully whether they are suitable for your plant’s water quality or production processes. If it’s not similar to the water quality of the inlet, the visit is meaningless.
We handle tests for iron, manganese, hardness, turbidity, colority, and total colony count, ensuring that the results meet national standards or the customer’s requirements.
There’s no need to visit any factories or show off any manufacturing processes; it’s better to tell people about the quality of your water, so that experts can give you a detailed explanation!

We only installed SBRs to treat industrial wastewater at the plant. For small businesses, SBR should be sufficient
