Last month, when we ordered a 220-ton liquidized slag discharge furnace with a dead-angle combustion system, everything worked normally and steam was generated as expected. However, the powder level indicator in System 1 did not respond at all. Upon inspection, it was found that the fine powder separator was blocked. After investigating the cause, it was discovered that the moisture absorption tube had not been turned on, and since it was raining that day, rainwater seeped in through a loose connection at the top of the fine powder separator, causing the coal powder to clump together. The problem was resolved after cleaning and unclogging the separator, and normal operation was restored. I want to remind everyone that every step is important
