May I ask what the specific tasks of HSE are? Is it something like the 9,000-point certification system for management purposes?
The HSE system is a management framework that integrates ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS systems into one, focusing on health, safety, and environmental protection. Now a Q-quality has been added in front. It specifically lies in the implementation of the management system, which involves the participation of all employees. But for now, it seems that some people are doing this just for show. Some attach great importance to it.
I am now acting as an HSE safety engineer, supervising the workers at the project site to follow safety regulations while carrying a camera to take photos.
