Employment? Postgraduate entrance exam?

For those who graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Technology, is it better to seek employment directly or to pursue further studies through postgraduate exams? Could the seniors give me some advice? Thank you! :)
If you want to work at a good state-owned enterprise, you must pursue postgraduate studies, because such enterprises don’t hire undergraduates
Bro, when it comes to finding a job, aim for really great state-owned enterprises or foreign companies. The organizations I’m talking about offer good prospects for career development, are stable, have honest and responsible leaders, and have few employee complaints. Otherwise, just don’t work; instead, prepare for the postgraduate exams and try to get into good schools with excellent programs. Otherwise, if you can’t find a good job, you’ll regret it for the rest of your life, because it will be your first job in life
If you want to work in the chemical industry for life, you should pursue further studies; if you don’t want to do that for the rest of your life, just start working straight away
