How can the coal-to-methanol synthesis unit achieve high production with low consumption? What are the methods available?
1. Use advanced manufacturing processes. 2. Employ catalysts that produce few side reactions. 3. The higher the alcohol content at the outlet of the synthesis tower, the better. 4. Use an efficient separation system. 5. Choose centrifugal compressors, preferably those driven by turbines
