With genuine effort, CAD can be mastered
I’m a bit dizzy, OP. When we learned CAD, we were all beginners (everything I’m about to say is based on self-study). There was an experienced engineer in my company who mastered it in less than a month, while studying in his spare time; my mentor said it took him 3 days. Of course, not everyone is as talented as my mentor, but with just a few days of study and plenty of practice, one can still become proficient
I’m starting as a beginner. I hope I can master it on my own soon~ I don’t have much time··
I don’t know what the original poster wants to refine. If it’s just drawing, creating various geometric shapes, 3 days is sufficient. As mentioned on the 3rd floor, experienced engineers have these standards thoroughly in mind; they already know all the various diagrams, so it’s just a matter of figuring out what tools to use to represent them, which is why they can learn quickly. If the original poster wants to achieve such proficiency, it’s no longer a CAD issue. But if you don’t know any standards and can’t even draw basic paper drawings, then no matter how skilled you are at using CAD, you still won’t be able to produce drawings. Think of a mechanical engineer; if you ask him to draw a building plan, he won’t be able to draw it slowly or even fail to do so at all.

Learn slowly – I’m the same way. I’ve made great progress recently; my speed has improved a lot, and I can now create PID diagrams for chemical processing units quickly, thanks to consistent effort. However, there are still areas that need improvement, especially regarding the use of blocks and 3D modeling; I’m basically not familiar with 3D modeling at all
Human potential is infinite; with genuine effort, you can achieve anything, not to mention CAD – you can even reach the heavens. .
