Who knows the principle, structure, and usage of the load regulator in reciprocating compressors? Please advise
As the name implies, a unloader is used to reduce the load; it can only be in fully closed or fully open positions, and it allows the load to be kept at 0 during operation
The unloader forces the intake valve to open; when the gas in the cylinder is compressed, it is expelled through the intake valve, which reduces exhaust and lowers the load.
