When activating molecular sieves, the activation heating temperature is roughly the same, above 300 degrees. The heating time can range from over 10 hours continuously to 4–5 hours continuously. What does determine the length of this time? ? ?
The original poster should first ask you what kind of heater it is! Heated to over 300 degrees! Ours is only a little over 110 degrees! The regeneration temperature is the temperature at which the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent for the adsorbate becomes zero; at this point, complete desorption has taken place, meaning the adsorbate has been completely removed from the adsorbent and the adsorbent has regained its capacity. Molecular sieve activation is different from regeneration; it is a solution to the decline in adsorption capacity. A temperature of over 300 degrees is required, but it’s not necessary to maintain this temperature for more than 10 hours; 4-5 hours are sufficient, followed by a few hours of holding the pressure. If the molecular sieve loses its effectiveness rapidly, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
