A professor was giving a lecture in the fields: “In scientific research, one must not be afraid of getting dirty...” Then he crouched down, touched the cow dung on the ground with his finger, and then licked his finger clean. One student quickly said, “I’m not afraid of getting dirty...” and also touched the cow dung with his finger before licking it clean. The professor said, “Additionally, one must be good at observing. I used my middle finger to touch the dung, but I licked it with my index finger.” . . ”
Well, it’s about applying what you’ve learned in practice. I remember learning a similar article in middle school English; it was about mixtures of chemical reagents and was designed to test students’ observation skills. It’s good – it reminds me of my middle school days
