What are the handling principles and precautions for pump tripping?
First, contact the control room to check whether a reduction in dosage is required, and pay attention to the liquid levels in each tower. The personnel on site promptly closed the outlet valve of the emergency shutdown device, started the backup pump, and then investigated the reason for the stopped operating pump. If maintenance was required, they closed the inlet valve, drained the liquid from the pump, and handed it over for repair.
Principles for handling pump tripping: 1. Adjust the load. 2. Start the standby pump and check the motor. 3. Stop the pump, identify the cause, and carry out maintenance. 4. Contact an electrician for repairs.

(We had an incident in the past where the semi-poor liquid level caused the unit to trip, leading to reverse rotation immediately. The personnel on duty were unable to confirm this reverse rotation, and high-pressure gas entered the regeneration tower, causing the manhole gaskets to be damaged due to the overpressure.) 3 Find the cause of the shutdown
Start the standby pump, close the outlet isolation valve of the trip pump, inspect and repair the trip pump to keep it in a hot standby state for use during the next startup.
Immediately inform the control operator to reduce the load, prepare to start the backup pump, and notify the relevant personnel to investigate the cause of the shutdown.
