I would like some advice on the use and maintenance of suspension-type centrifuges. One of our company’s products is designed to be trendy, and it needs to be dried using a centrifuge. There is no issue with the quality of the finished product. Mainly, the centrifuge is severely damaged, resulting in a very high frequency of repairs. The main damaged components are the brakes, a broken motor mount, broken bolts securing the motor mount, and a broken spindle knob. Everything that can go wrong has gone wrong; it operates extremely unstably. We have also thought of some solutions from a operational perspective, such as reducing the amount of material added and striving to ensure even distribution of the material. But the results were not satisfactory. The centrifuge still vibrates heavily when it is running. I would appreciate some guidance from more experienced seniors.

I suggest considering three aspects: 1. Check and adjust the manufacturing quality and dynamic balance of the centrifuge; if it does not meet the standards, the manufacturer should repair it again. 2. Adjust the structure of the centrifuge: (1) Liquid damping shock absorbers for vibration reduction. (2) Variable-frequency speed control is used, and the braking method is achieved through a combination of an explosion-proof motor, frequency converter, braking unit, braking resistor, and electrical control cabinet for starting and stopping. 3. Usage: (1) Add material after turning on the device, and ensure even distribution of the material. (3) Operate in accordance with the procedures specified in the centrifuge’s manual. The quality of the centrifuge is poor. None of the things you mentioned should exist.
