Non-metallic parts should be removed from the cleaning solution immediately after cleaning, and should not be left in it for an extended period of time. 　　2. After cleaning, wait until the cleaner on the surface to be cleaned has evaporated (it can be wiped with a silk cloth that hasn’t been dipped in the cleaner) before proceeding with assembly; however, it should not be left unattended for too long, as this may cause rusting or contamination by dust. 　　3. New parts also need to be cleaned thoroughly before assembly. 4. Lubricate with grease. The grease should be compatible with the ball valve’s metal materials, rubber components, plastic components, and the working medium. When the working medium is gas, a lubricant such as Te221 can be used. Apply a thin layer of grease to the surface of the seal mounting groove, a thin layer of grease to the rubber seal, and a thin layer of grease to the sealing surfaces and friction surfaces of the valve stem. 　　5. During assembly, metal debris, fibers, grease (except those specified for use), dust, and other impurities or foreign objects must not contaminate, adhere to, or remain on the surface of the parts or enter their internal cavities. 　　6. It is necessary to first confirm that the pressure has been released from the pipelines upstream and downstream of the ball valve before proceeding with the disassembly process. 　　7. Care must be taken during disassembly and reassembly to prevent damage to the sealing surfaces of the parts, especially those made of non-metallic materials; special tools should be used when removing O-rings. 　　8. When assembling, the bolts on the flange must be tightened symmetrically, gradually, and evenly. 9. The cleaning agent must be compatible with the rubber components, plastic components, metal components in the ball valve, as well as the working medium (such as gas). When the working medium is gas, gasoline can be used to clean metal parts. Non-metallic parts should be cleaned with pure water or alcohol. 　　10. The individual parts that have been separated can be cleaned by immersion. Metal parts that still contain unreduced non-metallic components can be scrubbed using a clean, fine silk cloth soaked in cleaning solution (to prevent fibers from falling off and sticking to the parts).
