The simple understanding is that the civil construction is completed until the installation conditions are met, and the working surface is handed over to the installation unit for construction. The construction is converted from civil engineering as the main body to installation construction as the main body. At this time, the civil construction has not yet ended, and there is cross construction between the civil construction unit and the installation unit. This means the degree of construction that the civil engineering must achieve during civil construction and the conditions for delivery and installation.
