What is the progress of the GSP gasification process adopted by Shening Group, which was the first of its kind in the country? Please have the experts who are aware of this give some explanations!
The MTP and PP plants have been basically completed; the MTP started operating with materials fed into it officially yesterday, but operations were halted for a day due to overheating, and feeding of materials is underway again today. . . . One air separation unit came online in July, while the other is about to have its booster tested; commissioning is expected by the end of this month or early October. Coal preparation was completed a few days ago with the coal ground into powder, and intensive testing and train adjustments are currently in progress. The construction of the gasification unit is not yet complete; trials are scheduled for mid-October, but given the current circumstances, the chances of that happening seem low. It would be good if coal can be used for trials by November. It would be truly remarkable if the entire process can be operationalized by the end of the year.
