It was said that the reason was that the tamping truck operators in the coking workshop did not level the floating coal on the coal cake after smashing the coal cake. As a result, those people were assessed 200 yuan. I don't understand why not leveling the floating coal is related to the tar quality? ? ? ? :dizzy:
If the floating coal on the upper part of the coal cake is not properly treated, the dust in the gas will increase, and the dust will eventually enter the tar after being sprayed by the rising pipe, causing the tar quality to be unqualified!
If the quantity is large, it will not be a problem of unqualified quality. The entire tar separation system will be clogged, so it is very important.
If the uneven coal has a lot of floating coal, the tar will be more viscous.
If there is a lot of floating coal in the uneven coal, the ash content of the tar will increase and the viscosity will increase, making it difficult to dehydrate the tar.
