I think the oil temperature is also a factor to consider. Add an oil cooler.

Emulsification can also occur when the oil temperature is low. In some cases, it is inevitable for water from the working medium to end up in the oil, and under intense stirring, this can lead to emulsification and deterioration of the oil. Machines often have heaters or temperature control valves to maintain the temperature of the lubricating oil. If the heater is damaged or the temperature controller fails, it can lead to a low oil temperature and thus emulsification; I have not seen emulsification occur due to high temperatures. Generally speaking, high temperatures help to eliminate emulsification and foaming.
