Internal leakage in the steam safety valve

Everyone, the steam safety valves in our factory frequently experience internal leakage, and we are unable to resolve this issue; we also can’t identify the cause. I was wondering if anyone has encountered a similar situation.
This indicates that there are issues with the quality of your steam safety valves – either there are problems with the springs or with the sealing surface of the valve seats. It is recommended that you purchase them from reputable manufacturers of safety valves.
The same situation exists in our workshop as well. Last month, we replaced two safety valves during the maintenance period (which were already calibrated), but leaks still occurred. Now we plan to grind the replaced safety valves before the next maintenance session and replace them again to see if that will solve the problem
Our workshop’s vehicle also leaks; it was just serviced a few days ago, with two new parts installed. As soon as I started driving it again, I saw white smoke coming from it. Who knows where they got those defective parts from
Internal leakage in safety valves is a common problem at present, especially when used in steam system safety systems! Imported safety valves have relatively better quality, while domestic safety valves are not so satisfactory.
Several safety valves in our ammonia compression refrigeration system are leaking internally; we have no choice but to first close the main valve and then conduct inspections before taking further action.
