The forming thinning amount JB4746 is available in a table for reference; For wrong variables, do we need to fill out transfer cards? The degree of thinning that occurs during the shaping of end caps varies from one manufacturer to another. The thinnest part of the end cap is likely to be in the area with the small R-radius at the transition zone; I believe there is a certain relationship between the degree of thinning and the thickness of the end cap. You can take a look at the forming thinning rate in Appendix A of the head standard.

The thinnest part is at the location where the small R is connected; its thickness is not greatly related to the minimum thickness, but rather depends on the molding conditions and the allowance for the shape. Whether it is hot pressing or cold pressing, the size of the die gap, and so on.
