Regarding electrical bypass issues

In GB 50059-1992 35~110kV substation design specification 3.2.4, there is a description that "the main wiring using SF6 circuit breakers should not be equipped with bypass facilities." Why is this? Thanks.
If you use SF6 circuit breakers, there is generally no need for maintenance.
The purpose of setting up bypass facilities is to reduce the impact on the user's power supply during circuit breaker maintenance. If it is a dual-circuit power supply or the load can obtain backup power from the system, there is no need to set up a bypass facility when a power outage is allowed to repair the circuit breaker. When an SF6 circuit breaker is installed, the circuit breaker maintenance cycle can be as long as 5-10 or even 20 years, so there is no need to install bypass facilities.
