Seeking advice on SP 3D runtime issues

SP 3D is already installed on the company computer, but PDS is still being used. When trying to run 3D, an error message appears stating that “Perfkrnl.dll was not found; therefore, the program cannot be run.” What could be causing this? Is it an installation issue? Or is it something similar to the PDS licensing issue? Thank you all: L
I’ve encountered this issue before, but I’ve forgotten how to fix it. It’s usually caused by problems with the dynamic link library files. You can re-register this DLL file or copy one from a working machine and register it there. First, use the search function to find the file, then open the CMD command prompt, type in the regsvr32 command, press space, select Perfkrnl.dll with the left mouse button and drag it into the command prompt window, release the left button, and press Enter – this will register the DLL file. If it doesn’t work on your own machine, I suggest copying a Perfkrnl.dll file from another machine and replacing the existing one, after which registration should work fine
Do you need to know programming to learn *sp 3D?
For regular front-end operations and back-end management, no programming skills are required; however, VB programming is needed when creating symbols, and SQL language may be necessary for performing selections in reports
