When the rotating equipment is not in use, does it have to be turned? What is the turning cycle? What are the precautions in this regard?

We crank the car once a day. The cranking usually takes a few more turns, and then the relative position of the shaft changes by 180 degrees.
If the cranking disc does not move, there are several situations: first, debris blocks the impeller or bearing, second, the pump inlet pressure is too high, and third, the inlet liquid is viscous. I think the cranking should not be done in any of these situations. Professional maintenance personnel should be consulted before cranking. The turning cycle of our factory stipulates that it must be turned once every 8 hours, one turn each time

It must be plated. Our policy is once a week. If it is a large equipment, turn it 180° once a month to prevent shaft deformation.
