Our company is a small wet zinc smelting plant, and we plan to produce zinc powder for purification purposes on our own. After researching, I found that air-blown zinc powder meets our needs. There are mechanical atomization and siphon spraying methods for air spraying; however, I am not aware of how to manufacture the spray gun. I would appreciate it if someone could provide me with the drawings for a spray gun used for air spraying zinc powder along with instructions on its use. Small factories do not need to produce high-purity blown zinc powder; using an electric furnace to produce alloy zinc powder is sufficient to meet production requirements, and it also results in better purification effects. Use high-temperature calcined ore as raw material, dry it, produce in an electric furnace, collect dust, obtain zinc alloy powder, sieve it, and obtain the final product
I think it would be more appropriate for you to use the electrolysis method to produce zinc powder for your own use; the technology for producing zinc powder through electrolysis is now quite mature. Low investment and simple operation.
