The filter cloth gets clogged frequently; how can this be solved?
Currently, belt-type vacuum filters (belt-type alkali removal machines) are popular abroad, and three or four manufacturers in China are also building facilities that use such filters. But none of them have been put into operation, so it’s impossible to evaluate their performance. I am not aware of the usage situation abroad; belt vacuum filters (belt caustic soda filters) have already been widely adopted there. Theoretically, belt vacuum filters (belt caustic soda filters) are also much more advanced than vacuum drum filters.

I also think that belt-type alkali removal machines are better than vacuum drum filters; we have replaced all our current alkali removal machines with belt-type ones
