Implementing refined management in oil enterprises is necessary to adapt to the new systems, mechanisms, and the development of the market economy. Guided by the theory of refined management and taking into account the actual conditions of petroleum enterprise management, this article designs the operational mechanism for refined management in such enterprises, and conducts an in-depth analysis mainly from the aspects of refined business process management, refined exploration and development, refined on-site management, and refined financial management.
