Main bearing of mill

Is the main bearing of the mill a rolling bearing or a sliding bearing? What is the difference between rolling bearings and sliding bearings? What is a hydrostatic and hydrodynamic sliding bearing? Hope someone with more experience can give some advice!
-------------Rolling bearing-------
The mill is lifted by static pressure and rotates by dynamic pressure.
The main shaft should be a sliding bearing, while the drive shaft is a rolling bearing.
Rolling bearings can be used for cylinders 3.2 meters and below, while double-circular-arc sliding bearings are used for cylinders over 3.6 meters.
