The heavier the raw material, the higher the residue carbon and viscosity, so the outlet temperature of the heating furnace should be adjusted downward accordingly.
Crude oil is too heavy, which increases the amount of residue; it tends to coking more easily when heated in a furnace, so the gas injection volume and outlet temperature should be adjusted appropriately.
