I’ve been struggling with the balance between work and family lately. Since my current job is far from home, I can only return there a few times a year. There’s simply no way to take care of young children. On top of that, the current company, although it is a state-owned enterprise, has chaotic management and an uncertain future. **10 to 20 billion yuan was spent, yet there are no signs that the facility can be brought online. It’s difficult; if the company has no future, what will become of the employees’ fates? What can state-owned enterprises do! Going home allows me to take care of my family and raise my children. Although there is no job suitable for me at the moment, I haven’t gone looking for one yet. There is a conflict between family and work; how should one make a choice? Struggling. . . . . .
Children are still very important. If you have work experience, it should not be difficult to switch to a job location that’s closer to home. Even women. It’s really too far; I can’t go back there even a few times a year. My sister’s family lives in Zhongshan, and my brother-in-law works in Dongguan. At this distance, I can go home every week, but it still feels far. Also, for work, it’s not necessarily necessary to work in the chemical industry. My sister often says that after working in the chemical industry for almost half her life (no less than 13 years), her health is getting worse and worse. So recently, I pooled up my savings to invest in a beer wholesale business; in addition, I also organize and participate in dance performances. The work in the factory pays roughly the same as a part-time job.
Go home; if you have work experience, you won’t have trouble finding a suitable job.
Firstly, it is not recommended to stay in a state-owned enterprise for too long; secondly, spouses must live together. Also, it is not advisable to be exposed to chemicals for too long, as it is harmful to the health.

State-owned enterprises, especially those that consider themselves to be excellent, simply cannot understand the feelings of their employees. For the family, one must strive!
Decisively choose to go home; home is still important.
Staying outside for such a long time isn’t ideal either – you don’t earn much money, nor do you get to experience the warmth of family. It’s better to learn skills and find a job that’s located closer to home
If you have excellent qualifications, you can also find a good private company; you can bring your wife and children along as well
The key is your own working environment; as long as you’re happy, that’s what matters
